At Pageviews ("we", "us", "our"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use our website and analytics service.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address and password (hashed). This data is necessary to provide you with the service and manage your subscription.
Our tracking script collects aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data from your website visitors, including: page URLs, referrer sources, browser type, operating system, device type, country (derived from IP, which is never stored) and screen size. We do not use cookies and we do not collect IP addresses, fingerprints or any personal data from your visitors.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
All data is stored on servers located within the European Union. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
Analytics data is retained according to your plan tier. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@pageviews.ai.
We do not sell, trade or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following sub-processors: Stripe (payments), and our EU-based hosting provider for infrastructure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
