You can reset your password from your account settings page. Click on "Reset Password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Yes, you can update your email address in your account settings. Make sure to verify the new email to continue receiving notifications.

Pricing & Billing

Each plan comes with a set monthly pageview allowance. If you go over this limit, we’ll continue tracking your pageviews for up to 2 additional days. After that, data collection will be paused..

No. You can sign up and use the Free plan without entering any payment information. A credit card is only required when you upgrade to a Pro plan.

No, unused pageviews do not roll over to the next month. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.

No, your existing data will remain, however, once you exceed your limit, we’ll continue collecting new events for up to 2 days. After that, data collection will stop until your limit resets.

Yes. We send you an email notification when you reach 80%, 95% and 100% of your monthly pageview allowance so you can upgrade before running into any issues.

Yes. On the Free plan you can track multiple sites. On any Pro plan you get unlimited sites, all under a single account and billing subscription.

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, with any unused balance applied as a prorated credit. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Your new pageviews allowance is available right away.

Yes. You can downgrade to a lower tier or back to the Free plan at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle and you keep full access until then.

You are charged a prorated amount for the days remaining in your current billing cycle. After that, the full amount of the new plan is billed on your regular renewal date.

When you cancel, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan and your data is retained according to the Free plan limits.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely in EUR.

You can view and download all invoices from your Account Settings under Usage & Plan. Each invoice is available as a PDF immediately after payment.

Not at the moment. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. We may introduce annual billing with a discount in the future.

Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings and continue using Pro features until the end of your billing period.

If you need more than 5 million pageviews per month, contact us for a custom Enterprise plan with volume pricing, dedicated support, and additional features like SSO, audit logs, and on-prem deployment.

The Free plan includes up to 20,000 pageviews per month, 1 goal, 2 team members per site, realtime dashboard, overview reports, and 1 year of data retention. No credit card required.

Once you pass the 20,000 monthly pageview limit, we’ll continue tracking new pageviews for up to 2 days. After that, data collection will be paused until your monthly limit resets.

Technical

Installation is as simple as copying and pasting one line of code into the <head> section of your website. That's it!

No. Our tracking script is incredibly lightweight (less than 2KB) and loads asynchronously, so it will not impact your site's performance or Core Web Vitals.
